Once your purchase your condo, being a responsible owner isn't over. After your condo corporation finishes a large capital job (roof replacement, new boilers, windows, elevator etc). a condo health check is recommended!

We will update just the portion of your report that makes sense for you and make sure that the Board of Directors are still acting in your best interest.
