GEtting Started

To “start the clock” on your review, we require payment and documents to be submitted. This ensures you have sufficient time to ask questions before your conditions are removed. Here’s what we need:


  1. Payment: $400 plus GST ($420). A payment link will be sent to you for payment via debit or credit. (This includes time with the reviewer for questions via email or phone.)
  2. MLS Sheet: Helps the reviewer better understand your new condo.
  3. Key Documents:
    • Reserve Fund Study*
    • Registered By-laws*
    • Current unaudited financials*
    • Most recent audited financials
    • Current budget and unit factor fee sheet*
    • Disclosure statement from the management company*
    • AGM Minutes (approved or unapproved, most recent works) *
    • Minutes of Board Meetings (2 preferred) *
    • Rules and Regulations of the Condominium
    • Condominium Plan*
    • Current Certificate of Insurance*
    • Standard Insurable Unit Description

(Documents marked with an asterisk are the most important for completing a review.)


Document Submission

We’re flexible when it comes to receiving documents—Dropbox links, emailed PDFs, or even binders of information are all acceptable. At YYC Condo Review, we aim to make this process as seamless as possible for buyers!


What’s Included in Your Report

Your report will consist of:

  • 5-6 pages of general condominium information      to help you understand the ins and outs of condo ownership.
  • 5-7 pages of detailed insights specific to your condominium.

Our interactive reports also feature links to our YouTube channel, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions in various sections of the report.


Optional Add-On

Should you wish to schedule a 30-minute read-through of your report with your reviewer, an additional fee of $200 plus GST will apply.
