1. MLS Sheet – this really helps the reviewer get a feel for your new condo

2. Reserve Fund Study

3. Registered by-laws

4. Current unaudited financials

5. Most recent audited financials

6. Current budget and unit factor fee sheet

7. Disclosure statement from the management company

8. AGM Minutes (approved or unapproved, most recent works) 

9. Minutes of Board meeting – 2 meetings would be preferred

10. Rules and Regulations of the Condominium

11. Condominium Plan

12. Current Certificate of Insurance

 We accept drop box, emails with PDF’s or even binders with the information – we are not fussy when it comes to reviews. YYC Condo Review truly wants to make this as easy as possible on the buyer!
